Great book about building healthy habits and about respecting others’ choices.

I just finished reading this book, and it was a very refreshing and interesting read. The author did an excellent job of bringing together topics of diversity, building healthy habits, and, more importantly, Showing how to accept and respect others’ choices without judging. I think it is great having these conversations at this young age. I recommend this book to family, friends, and anyone.
